Ed Cannon is a Real Estate Broker and 3rd generation General Contractor who grew up around the construction business. He has completed his Master's in Business Management and is a DBA Candidate at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. He is a Qualified General Engineering Contractor who has been in business since 1998 and built his first house in the Bay area at 1717 Chase St Oakland thru the city of Oakland and the UC Berkeley Contractors Program.
He gained his General Engineering experience from 2010- 2014 with the completion of a 15 Mil joint venture project with Westbay Builders and built the New Montclair School thru the Oakland Unified School District. Ed has completed 10 or more remodelling projects. He values clear communication with his clients and strives to minimize disruption and stress during projects by ensuring that they fully understand the work that needs to be done. He is also known for completing projects on time and within budget.
